Littlechild & Haley Co-Founder Donna Littlechild attended the BulliesOut International Women’s Day event at the Angel Hotel. Hosted by the fabulous Beth Baldwin, with powerful insights from Linda James MBE, Lisa Johnson and Ruth Dodsworth, and joined by some of the incredible NatWest Business Accelerator ladies, it was an inspiring day focused on this year’s theme: Accelerate Action.
Donna reflected, “For me, the speakers reinforced the importance of collaboration over competition and the strength it takes to be a survivor. Having been bullied throughout my school years, I have spent much of my life fearing visibility, worrying about what others thought, and falling into people-pleasing habits. But in recent years, I’ve come to realise something important—I am strong, I am resilient, and I have a voice.”
Being surrounded by such amazing women (and allies!) who uplift and support one another is a true privilege.
