Littlechild & Haley are pleased to share two recent moments of recognition for the firm.
We have been shortlisted for Fintech Advisory Firm of the Year 2026 at the FinTech Awards Wales, alongside respected firms including HCR Law, Capital Law and Cadre. We were also named runner-up at the Wales Small Business Awards, marking another positive milestone in our growth journey.

The timing feels significant. Around 18 months after launching Littlechild & Haley, these recognitions arrive at a point where the firm is moving from its early establishment phase into a more confident next stage. We remain proudly boutique, independent and senior-led, but the conversations, opportunities and client relationships we are building continue to grow.
From the beginning, our aim has been to create a different kind of internal audit and assurance practice: one focused on senior expertise, clear thinking, strong relationships and helping organisations manage risks to success.
The FinTech Awards Wales shortlist is particularly meaningful because fintech is a sector where innovation, resilience, governance and trust are closely connected. As financial technology companies grow, assurance has an important role to play in helping boards, leaders, investors and partners understand whether risks are being managed and whether growth is being built on strong foundations.
The Wales Small Business Awards recognition is meaningful in a different way. It reflects the wider business journey: building a firm from the ground up, developing our methodology, growing our client base and continuing to shape an approach that feels both personal and scalable.
Donna Littlechild, co-founder of Littlechild & Haley, said:
“These recognitions give us a moment to pause, but also to look ahead. In 18 months, we have built a firm that is independent, senior-led and focused on helping organisations gain confidence over risk, governance and assurance. The next stage is about continuing to grow carefully, strengthening the relationships we have built, and making sure our work continues to provide insight, foresight and practical value for our clients.”
For us, being shortlisted already feels like a win. Everything from here is a bonus. We look forward to the Fintech Awards Wales later this year and are grateful to everyone who has supported Littlechild & Haley’s journey so far.
